Airbnbs near Zion National Park
Zion is one of the very few big US national parks with a real town right at its front door. Springdale, Utah, is a two-mile strip of restaurants, gear shops, and vacation rentals leading directly to the park entrance, and its free shuttle drops you at the visitor center — no parking hell. That convenience makes Springdale Airbnbs the default, but they're also the most expensive. This page covers Springdale plus the four nearby towns where you'll pay 30–50% less for a 10–20 minute drive.

- The Narrows requires water shoes and closes for high water; plan around river flows.
- For March–April and October weekends (fall color), book 3+ months out.
