What we collect

Your email address, the Airbnb search URLs you submit, and the trip parameters we parse from them (destination, dates, guests). We also record diagnostic scan metadata so we know when and how often to look for openings.

What we do with it

We use it to monitor Airbnb search results on your behalf, email you when a promising match appears, and improve BetterStay. We do not sell your data.

Airbnb listing data

Publicly observable listing information (title, image, price, rating, review count) that we surface from Airbnb is stored in an internal cache so we can avoid re-scraping the same URLs and so we can build historical trends. This data is not shared publicly and remains subject to Airbnb’s own terms. BetterStay is not affiliated with Airbnb — see our Terms.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can delete your account and associated watches at any time from the dashboard, or by emailing privacy@betterstay.so.
